We have recently changed security companies to Wistonia Electrical & Security Ltd and I can honestly say I'm over the moon with the service we have received so far. The engineers came to 'take over' the system, and to initiate a service and despite finding a couple of issues which were causing us a headache, they diligently and calmly worked through the system to find the faults. The engineers are both respectful of our home as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the system. They came over as completely trustworthy and highly competent, and I felt very confident that the issues we had would be effectively rectified, which they were. After having a new front door fitted, the sensors had been removed so I called to arrange for them to come and re-fit, and they were there to do the job within a couple of hours so that my system was up and working 100% again. I have no hesitation in recommending this company; not only are their prices extremely competitive and reasonable, the work they do is of a very high standard too.
